3DQue Systems Inc., a developer of 3D printer automation technology, introduces AutoPrint3D™ – a plug-and-play 3D printer automation system that works with any Marlin-based 3D printer. AutoPrint3D, which is powered by 3DQue’s Quinly software (over 2 million prints delivered since 2021), streamlines every aspect of an operator’s job with features like bulk file management, smart queuing for easier job scheduling, automatic part removal for continuous printing, and time lapses.

“Most print management solutions are focused on moving tasks closer to the operator by shifting them from the printer to the computer. AutoPrint3D eliminates tasks altogether and then streamlines the automated tasks, giving operators more time for innovation, creation and growth.”

– Steph Sharp, 3DQue co-founder and CEO

AutoPrint3D is fully customizable and can be used with belt printers, the VAAPR™ print bed, or custom-designed auto part removal systems.

Because of the low monthly subscription fee, automation is easily accessible to any engineer, entrepreneur, or maker. Annual subscribers to 3DQue can now purchase the VAAPR self-cleaning print bed for continuous printing.

SmartTags are used in AutoPrint to increase productivity and efficiency. Using conditional logic, SmartTags enable AutoPrint to automatically distribute print jobs to printers. If the job tag matches the printer tag, the central drag-and-drop queue will only send jobs to that printer. Tag print jobs with a material tag, and the job will wait in the queue until a printer with the appropriate material is available. Operators can use SmartTags to schedule all of their prints for the week in minutes.

AutoPrint provides customizable automated part removal gcode that is executed at the end of each print in the queue. According to the company, this allows the printer to continue printing overnight and over the weekend, increasing productivity. It is ideal for any continuous printing application, including belt printers, sweeper arms, the self-releasing VAAPR print bed, and other bed clearing systems.
