Eplus3D, a global industrial 3D printer manufacturer headquartered in China, announced two new strategic partnerships at the ongoing Formnext 2023 exhibition: one with Fuchshofer Advanced Manufacturing, a leading service provider from Austria, and the other with IGO3D, a pioneer and leader in professional 3D printing solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Fuchshofer Advanced Manufacturing will install the EP-M650 large-format metal 3D printer at its Austrian plant in spring 2024, and IGO3D will provide professional metal additive solutions for industrial manufacturing.

The EP-M650 Quad-Laser system from Eplus3D has a large build volume of 650 x 650 x 800 mm, which provides increased productivity and efficiency when compared to other equipment manufacturers. Layer thicknesses of 120µm and higher, combined with effective build rates of 190 cm³/h, result in a significant increase in production capacity. Fuchshofer can now compete more effectively with traditional manufacturing methods thanks to significant improvements in printing efficiency.

“Through the partnership with Fuchshofer Advanced Manufacturing, we can now present our technological advancements in stable multi-laser control, outstanding system stability, and produced parts properties to a broad European customer base. The closed powder loop and maintenance-free filtering system enable the combination of the highest efficiency and user safety.”

– Enis Jost, Deputy General Manager of Eplus3D Tech GmbH

By combining Eplus3D’s cutting-edge technology and extensive expertise in metal additive manufacturing with IGO3D’s innovative solutions and industry-leading insights, both companies are confident that they will bridge the gaps, providing invaluable value to their customers and being critical to the advancement of “manufacturing of tomorrow.”

This collaboration heralds a new era in metal 3D printing technology and underscores IGO3D’s commitment to consistently providing best-in-class solutions to its customers.

“The world no longer sticks to a 9 to 5 routine, and in this rapidly evolving landscape, metal 3D printing is proving to be the limitless wave of the future. As a company passionately committed to driving innovation. We firmly believe that this partnership will pave the way for groundbreaking advances in metal additive manufacturing.”

– Slaven Mišković, New Business Development Manager, IGO3D
