The new printer features an Independent Dual Extruder system that allows for simultaneous printing of multiple materials or colours. As a result, design freedom is increased, production times are reduced, and efficiency is increased. The printer is designed for industrial applications and excels at printing carbon fibre reinforced filaments with high-strength, lightweight components. It includes advanced features such as a high-flow hot-end and extruder for precise material deposition, ball screws and guide rails for stability and accuracy, and an efficient fast-heating AC bed.

With a simplified setup and an AI-controlled failure detection system, the printer integrates the Duet 3 Electronics Ecosystem. This system continuously monitors the printing process, identifying and mitigating potential errors in real time to maximise productivity.

With Duplicate Mode, the printer can print multiple copies of the same object at the same time, easily meeting demanding production requirements.

The printer also includes a chamber temperature control system, an integrated filament dryer, filament jam detection, and intelligent control, allowing manufacturers and designers to push the boundaries of 3D printing technology.

The High-Speed IDEX 3D Printer is a significant advancement in the field of industrial 3D printing. This machine provides unparalleled versatility and performance thanks to its exceptional features, carbon fibre compatibility, and production-ready capabilities. With the High-Speed IDEX Printer, you can embrace the future of additive manufacturing and unlock endless possibilities for innovation and growth. The IDEX 3D printer, whether for prototyping or large-scale production, promises to be a game changer in the additive manufacturing industry.
