Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Manufactur3D Magazine is published by Aayam 360 Media ("Manufactur3D", "we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship based at C-903, Anmol Nayantara City Two, Karmayogi Nagar, Nashik, India.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below. We are a small independent publication and we collect as little personal data as we can.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to manufactur3dmag.com, our newsletters, our events and webinars, and our dealings with advertisers, contributors and subscribers. It does not cover third-party websites we link to. It should be read together with our Disclaimer.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not ask for health, religious, caste, political or biometric information. Please don't send it to us.
Payments. Advertising and event payments are handled by third-party payment gateways. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials. We receive only a transaction reference and whether the payment succeeded.
4. Consent
We ask before we collect personal data for a purpose that needs your consent - subscribing you to the newsletter, registering you for an event. We ask through a clear action such as ticking a box or submitting a form, never through a pre-ticked box.
Browsing this website is not treated as agreement to anything beyond what is needed to serve you the page. Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you accept them.
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to legal@manufactur3dmag.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Withdrawal doesn't undo processing already done.
We also process data without separate consent where the law allows - to comply with a legal obligation, to respond to a legal claim, or where you have voluntarily given us data for an obvious purpose.
Language. This policy is published in English. If you would prefer it in any language specified in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India, write to us and we will provide a copy.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website sets a small number of cookies so it can work properly - session management, security, and remembering choices you make. If you register for an account or membership, a login cookie is set too.
We use Google Analytics to measure which articles readers find useful. It sets cookies and processes your IP address and how you move around our site. We also use Microsoft Clarity, a session analytics tool that records anonymised interactions with our pages - clicks, scrolling and mouse movement - so we can understand how readers use the site. Form fields are masked and their contents are not recorded. Where third-party advertising is served on our pages, the advertising provider may also set its own cookies.
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on any site using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
We do not use behavioural tracking or targeted advertising where we know or reasonably believe a reader is under 18.
6. Who we share data with
Service providers. We rely on third-party services to publish and operate - website hosting and membership, email and newsletter delivery, analytics, advertising technology, payment gateways and cloud storage. They process data on our instructions only. Some are based outside India, so your data may be stored abroad; we only use providers in countries not restricted by the Central Government under Section 16 of the DPDP Act.
Advertisers and sponsors. Advertisers get aggregate campaign numbers - impressions, clicks, reach. We do not give advertisers our subscriber list. If a sponsor is offering something that needs your details, such as a gated download or a joint webinar, we tell you at the point of collection that the named sponsor will receive them, and share them only if you agree.
Event partners. For a co-hosted event we share the registration details needed to admit you and run it, and we name the partner when you register.
Legal. We may disclose data where required by law or a court, or to establish or defend a legal claim, or to prevent fraud.
Business transfer. If the publication is sold or restructured, data may pass to the acquirer, who stays bound by this policy until it tells you otherwise.
We won't share your data for a materially different purpose without telling you first.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose needs, then delete it.
- Newsletter and account data - until you unsubscribe or close the account, plus a short period to process the removal.
- Invoicing and tax records - eight years, as Indian tax and company law requires.
- Enquiries, contributor correspondence and event registrations - up to three years.
- Server and analytics logs - up to twelve months.
- Published comments - until you ask us to remove them.
If you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data, we erase it and ask our providers to do the same, unless we're legally required to keep it.
8. Security and data breaches
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict administrative access to the people who need it, use multi-factor authentication on our publishing and mailing accounts, and choose established service providers.
We're a small team and no system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach happens, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and every affected person, in the form and within the timelines the DPDP Rules, 2025 require.
9. Children
This publication is written for a professional adult audience and is not directed at children. Under the DPDP Act a child is anyone under 18.
We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and we don't track or target advertising at children. If you're under 18, please don't subscribe or send us your details without a parent or guardian doing it for you. If you believe we hold a child's data we shouldn't, write to us and we'll delete it.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it's been used and shared;
- correct or complete anything inaccurate;
- erase your data where we no longer need it or you've withdrawn consent, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- act on a complaint you raise with us; and
- recognise a nominee you appoint to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
Write to legal@manufactur3dmag.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days and will not exceed the 90-day limit the DPDP Rules set for resolving a grievance.
11. Readers outside India
We publish globally. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Write to the same address and we'll deal with your request under this policy.
12. Marketing and how to opt out
If you subscribe to our newsletter, register for an event, submit an article, or contact us about advertising or our other services, we may add you to our newsletter and email you about our coverage, events and services.
Where we add you to the newsletter after you contacted us about something else, we say so in the first email you get from us. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and we process unsubscribes within 48 hours. You can also write to legal@manufactur3dmag.com.
Transactional messages - invoices, event joining instructions, account and security notices - aren't marketing and continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
13. Contact and complaints
Questions, rights requests and complaints about personal data are handled by our Grievance Officer:
Aayam 360 Media, C-903, Anmol Nayantara City Two, Karmayogi Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Email: legal@manufactur3dmag.com
We acknowledge complaints within seven working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you aren't satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. Readers in the EEA or UK may complain to their national data protection authority.
14. Changes
We update this policy as our practices or the law change; the date at the top is always current. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we'll email subscribers and post a notice on the site before it takes effect.
15. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under it - without affecting any statutory right you have to approach the Data Protection Board of India, or your local supervisory authority if you are outside India.
