The printer impressed the award judges with its massive build volume of 800mm x 800mm x 1000mm, which far outperformed typical consumer-grade models. Aside from its impressive size, the OrangeStorm Giga boasts a powerful 64-bit quad-core processor that delivers ultra-fast printing speeds of up to 300mm/s, placing it among the fastest printers in its class.

Other standout features include an auto-levelling heated bed and precise temperature control, demonstrating Elegoo’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of 3D printing technology.

Furthermore, the OrangeStorm Giga can accommodate three additional printheads on the X-axis, allowing for simultaneous multi-nozzle printing. This feature allows users to print four identical models at once, each in a different colour, using separate filaments, making the Giga an extremely versatile tool for both creative and industrial projects.

“We are thrilled to receive the Technology Innovation Award for the OrangeStorm Giga. The Giga represents one of our boldest innovations yet, and we’re committed to further advancing our technology to empower creativity and precision on every scale.”
