PostProcess Technologies are the pioneers of the automated post-printing industry. The patent-pending chemistry solutions are unmatched. Their patent-pending platforms such as AUTOMAT3D and CONNECT3D provide post-processing options like support removal, surface finish improvement, and other hybrid solutions.

These are the only solutions in the market which use the data science approach to post process a 3D printed part. This approach has proven to improve performance and removing manual steps and guesswork that customers are currently required to utilize during support removal and surface finishing.

Now, by incorporating CUBRC’s Heartwood Analytics™ suite, the PostProcess platforms will operate more efficiently and effectively by utilising the existing post-processing data and improving the performance and predictability of the overall platform.

CUBRC Inc.

CUBRC Inc. is a New York-based leading Research, Development, Testing and Systems Integration Company specializing in areas such as Data Science & Information Fusion, Chemical, Biological & Medical Sciences, and Aeronautics.

CUBRC has developed a patented machine learning suite, Heartwood Analytics™, over the past decade. The Heartwood Analytics™ suite builds on work done for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to combine disparate data sources in real-time, providing data alignment, processing, deduplication, and ingestion, and subsequently performing predictive analysis, optimization, and rule-based alerting.

Speaking on the association with PostProcessTechnologis, CUBRC’s project lead, Dr. John Coles, commented, “We are very excited about bringing CUBRC’s advanced machine learning capability to PostProcess to accelerate the groundbreaking work that the team at PostProcess have done. Our efforts in developing a class of technologies that turn massive amounts of data into actionable information for decision makers is a perfect fit for PostProcess’ applications and mission.”
