Primaeam Solutions expands its AM Fleet with Markforged X7 Printer

PRIMAEAM Solutions, an additive parts manufacturing company from Chennai, India, recently added Markforged X7 carbon fiber 3D printer to their AM fleet to deliver end-user parts to the industry. 3D Monotech, a division of Monotech Systems Limited and a provider of end-to-end AM solutions and a Markforged official partner in India, played a key role in the Markforged system’s sale.

Primaeam Solutions adds Markforged X7

Established in 2019 as a subsidiary of its own parent company SUNFAB. PRIMAEAM Solutions Private Limited is an additive parts manufacturing company based in Chennai, India. They provide products and services to aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics & goods, healthcare, industrial engineering, process industries, and transportation, and have an extensive range of 3D printing materials in metal and thermoplastics.

PRIMAEAM Solutions specialises in assisting companies with the adoption of additive manufacturing (3D printing). Their dedicated additive manufacturing facility and process ensure that your product’s aesthetics and functionalities are as close to your original concept as possible. Design for Additive Manufacturing (FAM), Topology Optimization, Data Optimization for Prototyping, Representation models (look and feel), Functional prototype, Miniatures, Batch production, and low volume production are among the services they provide.

The Markforged X7 is an industrial carbon fibre 3D printer designed to create functional parts with a variety of properties, such as flame resistance, chemical resistance, and energy absorption. The X7 employs continuous fibre technology to produce reinforced parts in a matter of hours.

PRIMAEAM Solutions’ existing large fleet of industrial AM solutions from industry leaders like Stratasys, HP, GE Additive, SLM Solutions, and Formlabs now includes the Markforged X7. The new carbon fibre printer will be used to provide custom solutions for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications, such as tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
