Moisture remains one of the biggest causes of inconsistent prints, nozzle clogging, and material waste. Many conventional filament drying solutions rely on heated air, which can be less suitable for long-term storage and temperature-sensitive materials when operated continuously.
The FilaDC i10 reimagines filament moisture management via room-temperature active dehumidification. Instead of sustained high-temperature drying that risks filament deformation, the cabinet continuously circulates air through a built-in desiccant system, where molecular sieves capture and lock in ambient moisture. Once saturated, the unit automatically heats the sieves to expel trapped humidity via circulating system and restore full dehumidification capacity without manual intervention.
Equipped with high-precision real-time humidity sensors, the system seamlessly switches between moisture absorption and moisture expulsion modes to sustain stable internal conditions and preserve consistent filament quality. Built for practical workshop deployment, the i10 accommodates up to ten 1kg filament spools within a compact, stackable footprint.

PTC heating module integrated inside combines dual-layer hardware and software protection, with noise ≤35 dB and surface temperature of the product ≤30°C for safe, quiet operation.
