DyeMansion is showcasing a strengthened product portfolio with six new innovations aimed to collectively lower post-processing costs for customers across the entire Print-to-Product workflow. DyeMansion is attending the Formnext 2025 under the theme “More DyeMansion, More Efficient”, taking its commitment to cost efficiency in additive manufacturing to the next level.
As additive manufacturing matures, lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and higher production efficiency are becoming the driving forces for scalable adoption. DyeMansion recognizes this need and is focusing full force on what really matters – reducing costs for users and offering tangible cost advantages in every stage of the Print-to-Product workflow without compromising on quality.
DyeMansion aims to lower Post-Processing costs

All innovations are presented under this year’s Formnext motto: “More DyeMansion, More Efficient”
- ASM VX1 – Now part of the DyeMansion portfolio, the VX1 offers the largest process chamber in its class for entry-level vapour smoothing. Its plug-and-play concept and low costs per run make it an ideal choice for both service providers and OEMs seeking small-scale production solutions.
- L-RR (Refresh) Cartridge – A new, highly efficient black dyeing solution that reduces cycle time and lowers costs per run by up to 70%, making industrial coloring more accessible than ever. Used together with the DM60 Reservoir, the cartridge drastically reduces fresh– and wastewater, while maintaining DyeMansion’s proven color quality.
- Powerfuse S Loading Guide – The optimized design of the Powerfuse S Manual reduces the footprint by 25%. With no additional equipment or reconstruction of installation site needed, and integrated solvent recovery system, the Powerfuse S continues to set the industry standard for vapor smoothing with the lowest costs per run.
- Powerfuse Basket Max – A new, larger basket for the Powerfuse S, offering 20% more volume per run and enabling higher throughput and processing of larger parts without increasing operational costs.
- Powershot X IoT Integration – Building on the success of last year’s introduction, the Powershot X is now IoT compatible. This allows users to remotely track machine data such as run times, program & machine status, and is the final machine in the DyeMansion Print-to-Product workflow to offer IoT connectivity. By using this data, production workflows can be adjusted to increase throughput, reduce idle times, and standardize performance — ultimately extending machine lifespan and ROI.
- DyeMansion Campus – Beyond hardware innovations, DyeMansion introduces the DyeMansion Campus – an online training platform developed to further support operational excellence. By offering accessible training and self-service resources, the platform helps users to easily train their operators on the machines and maintain their know-how while also allowing cost-efficient onboarding of new operators.
“The future belongs to those who create value, not just features. Our focus is on innovations that push additive manufacturing toward greater scalability, competitiveness, and sustainability.”
– Felix Ewald, CEO & Co-Founder of DyeMansion
DyeMansion will present its full post-processing portfolio, including the ASM VX1 and all new solutions, at Formnext 2025 (Booth #C31, Hall 12.1).
