3D Systems, one of the largest 3D printing companies in the world announced that its newly launched NextDent 5100 3D printer has bagged the prestigious Cellerant Best of Class Technology Award for the year 2018.
Powered by the company’s Figure 4 Technology, the NextDent 3D printer is designed for use with several NextDent brand of biocompatible materials that allow dental labs and clinics to address a wide range of dental indications at a speed which is four times faster than the other available solutions in the market.
The NextDent 5100 3D printer is also compatible with industry-leading intra-oral scanning and dental software. This feature enables to produce more precise results when compared with other manual production techniques. In addition, the newly launched 3D printer is also complemented by a portfolio of 30 unique NextDent resins in a variety of aesthetic colors– which is in fact the largest available for any of the 3D printing dental materials suppliers
Launched in the year 2009, the Cellerant Best of Class Technology Award is a prestigious award for dental product manufacturers. It was launched as a new concept to provide an unbiased, non-profit assessment of available technologies in dental space. The award recipients are selected by a panel of the most prominent technology leaders in dentistry.
