DyeMansion, the global pioneer in post-processing solutions for industrial polymer 3D printing, has announced the introduction of its Black Diamond Finishing Hub. It is a global, user-friendly online platform for industrial post-processing as a service that uses DyeMansion’s technology for vapour smoothing, blasting, and black colouring.

The initial focus is on PA11 and PA12 materials from any powder bed 3D printer on the market, whether desktop or industrial. Customers will have a processing time of only two working days, with no minimum order amount or capital investment required.

The new offering complements DyeMansion’s existing hardware portfolio and their On-Demand Finishing service, which has been in place since the company’s inception and offers a little broader range of services.

“The Black Diamond Finishing Hub is a finishing service for everybody who wants to have the highest quality powder bed parts that are available on the market. Since no CAPEX investment is needed to use this service, it’s the easiest way to get access to industrial finishing.”

– Felix Ewald, CEO of DyeMansion

Ewald added, “This platform exemplifies our commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions, enabling businesses of all sizes worldwide create products with industrial 3D printing.”

Initially, the Black Diamond Finishing Hub will operate from DyeMansion’s offices in Munich and Austin, with ambitions to expand to the company’s global production partner network by the end of the year. This expansion will extend the benefits of the Black Diamond Finishing Hub to clients all around the world, fueling innovation and growth in the 3D printing sector.

DyeMansion partners and those who desire to become them are already being integrated through the platform since its introduction. Resellers can send out appealing voucher codes to their end consumers or prospects, and service providers can sign up to become finishing partners in the future and build up their own hub, which will also be managed through the platform.
