Fugo Precision 3D, a California-based 3D printing Startup, has unveiled a revolutionary new layerless centrifugal 3D printing technology with the release of the Fugo Model A, the world’s first centrifugal 3D printer. This approach to 3D printing is entirely novel and provides a completely new set of benefits.

This ground-breaking technology enables “layerless” printing with unprecedented sub-30-micron accuracy and up to ten times the throughput of traditional stereolithography (SLA) printers.

The Fugo Model A combines multiple post-production processes into a single machine, lowering costs and increasing efficiency for manufacturers. Its all-in-one system allows users to print, wash, dry, and post-cure parts, streamlining the entire manufacturing process.

“Our patented centrifugal printing technology is not just an improvement over existing systems; it is a complete rethinking of what 3D printing can accomplish. With the Fugo Model A, we expect to help manufacturers build higher quality parts at a lower cost.”

– Bryan Allred, Founder of Fugo 3D

Fugo Precision 3D debuted the Fugo Model A at the recent Rapid + TCT show in Los Angeles to a resounding reception from attendees. In addition to increased speed and throughput, Fugo emphasises the Model A’s precision printing capability with sub-50-micron accuracy in all dimensions.

“Since the advent of SLA and DLP technology, the single greatest problem with these printers has been the need for a mechanical means to spread the infinitely thin layers. With the Fugo Model A, we have solved this problem as our technology does not use any mechanical means to create layers during printing.”

– Sasha Shkolnik, CTO, Fugo 3D

The Fugo Model A is a multi-purpose printer that works with a wide variety of photopolymers. Fugo is targeting current high-volume manufacturers who use 3D printing as a critical component of their production lines to become early adopters. Fugo is currently accepting reservations for the Model A and plans to deliver the first commercial production machines in Q1 2025.

About Fugo 3D: Fugo Precision 3D offers speed, scale, and precision. Our Fugo Model A machine is the world’s first and only “layerless” 3D printing technology, allowing industry leaders to custom print parts on a large scale at lower costs.
